Women’s Life & Story Coach

Setting the table for women to be wholly restored so that they can rest, play and create.

The question we’re all quietly asking is: Who am I becoming over time?

The middle can be one of the most fertile places to dig deep and become.

There is something about the middle third of life that invites a different kind of curiosity. You’re ready to unlearn messages and methods that have held you back. You want to release overfunctioning as a coping mechanism and begin building rest, creativity and play into your schedule. You wonder how the first third of you life impacts the way you live and relate to others today. You want to heal what is broken so you can move forward transformed and whole.

I love a story arc. As a marketing director, I was taught to look for stories, to ask good questions, to turn a story over in my hands, to listen for what wasn’t being said, and to write the narrative in a compelling way. I have taken these skills into my work as a life & story coach. This is Part 2 of your story. Let’s begin.

LISTEN TO YOUR LIFE.

HONOR YOUR STORY.

NAME WHAT MATTERS.

I am a champion and a guide for the woman in the middle of her story.

I’ve been a gatherer of women for over 2o years.

Long before I pursued a coaching certification or became a trauma-trained story practitioner or began hosting seasonal retreats, I was gathering women together in boardrooms and living rooms to share the message that they were seen and supported. This act of seeing others, of holding their stories with dignity and tenderness, is second-nature to me. It’s what makes me effective at narrative-based trauma work and solution-focused coaching. And it’s what makes our womens’ retreats so special—a day to be witnessed just as you are, to take a sacred pause and receive permission to create and play.

BEHIND THE SCENES

Of course you know there’s a back story! If you’re curious about how we remade our lives from a frantic, 100-miles-an-hour existence to sustainable, grounded, embodied living, you can tune in to these podcast episodes!

RETREATS

The truth is that one day away isn’t going to solve your problems. It’s not going to magically eliminate  the commitments on your calendar or make that tricky relationship easier. What it will do, what we’ve seen it do for so many of our retreat guests is offer breathing room. For clarity. For creativity. For belly laughs. For gathering around a table with no time table. For naps. For light living.

COACHING & STORY WORK

With nearly 300 hours of coursework from Erickson International and The Allender Center, I am a certified life and story coach helping women in both individual and group settings answer the questions: Who am I becoming over time? and What does the second half of life hold for me?  It is my lived experience that the answers to those questions are deeply embodied.
