IT’S TIME
TO TAKE A
SACRED PAUSE
“We didn’t so much retreat from the world as let it recede from us.” -Katherine May
Hosted by Britt Davis and Molly Crouch at Glentivar Farm
In the spirit of restoration, community and embodied soul care, we look forward to welcoming you to the farm.
The truth is that one day away isn’t going to solve your problems. It’s not going to magically eliminate the commitments on your calendar or make that tricky relationship easier.
What it will do, what we’ve seen it do for so many of our retreat guests is offer breathing room. For clarity. For creativity. For belly laughs. For gathering around a table with no time table. For naps. For light living.
TONIC + Bloom is:
A seasonal retreat for women
A light itinerary of optional activities like journaling, walks, farm foraging, meditation, and naps.
A focus on nourishing meals with local and seasonal ingredients. Lunch will be boxed for you to eat in groups or take with you anywhere on the farm. A cocktail hour and dinner will be enjoyed together.
A 30-minute therapeutic massage and collaborative painting session for all retreat guests.
Group coaching to help you discover your tonics and move forward into a season of flourishing.
We hope you’ll join us for a day of pause, play and restoration in beautiful Greenwood, Virginia. We believe that when women feel cared for in community, they can and do bloom in multiple areas of life, and that untold people benefit from this ripple effect. It is our goal that all retreat participants will leave believing they deserve—and have the tools—to flourish.
